In 2026, Vector Optics officially became an IPSC Major Partner - a milestone that formalizes a relationship already shaped on the range.
More Than a Signature
From local competition support in Shanghai and collaboration with Hong Kong shooters in 2023 to deeper exchange at the IPSC European Handgun Championship in Hungary, each stage built mutual understanding.
Because IPSC combines speed, accuracy, movement, and decision-making, it provides a demanding environment for both athletes and equipment.
Becoming a Major Partner is therefore more than a sponsorship announcement; it reflects years of involvement and a long-term commitment to competitive shooting.
The Partnership Began in the Product
Long before the official agreement, Vector Optics was already developing optics around the real demands of different IPSC divisions.

Frenzy 1x26x32 Red Dot Sight (SCRD-44)
Introduced in July 2022, the Frenzy 1x26x32 Red Dot Sight (SCRD-44) was developed around the pace of Open division competition.
A wide viewing window supports rapid target transitions, while quick dot reacquisition and stable performance help shooters maintain rhythm through fast strings of fire.
More than a standard red dot with a competition label, it marked an early step in turning range feedback into product design.
IPSC RIFLE DIVISION
Continental 1-6x24i Fiber Rifle Scope Tactical LPVO (SCOC-44)
Launched in 2023, the Continental 1-6x24i Fiber Rifle Scope Tactical LPVO (SCOC-44) was designed for stages that shift between close-range speed and more deliberate shots at distance.
Its true 1x view supports both-eyes-open shooting and fast transitions. The VEC-FDR fiber center point remains highly visible in bright daylight, while simplified BDC references support faster holdovers across varying distances.
Together, these two products show how the relationship with practical shooting was already being built through product development before the official partnership was signed.
Competition feedback came directly from the stages, shooters, and divisions the products were built to serve.
From Product Evolution to World-Stage Validation
Competition results in 2025 provided real-world validation for both red dot and LPVO development.
Product development continued beyond the first generation. Building on the Frenzy 1x26x32 Red Dot Sight (SCRD-44), Vector Optics introduced the Frenzy Plus F3 1x22x32 Red Dot Sight Solar Power (SCRD-SM44), further refining the platform for competition use.
At the 2025 IPSC PCC/Mini Rifle World Shoot, partner shooter Pavol Zencar won the PCC title with the SCRD-SM44. In the same year, a Vector Optics partner shooter using the Continental 1-6x24i Fiber Rifle Scope Tactical LPVO (SCOC-44) earned a top-three finish in Mini Rifle.
These results were more than podium moments. They validated the products under championship pressure and strengthened the feedback loop between athletes, product teams, and the wider practical shooting community.
From division-specific development to world-stage performance, each step has helped deepen our cooperation with shooters, competition platforms, and IPSC.
The official partnership now creates a stronger foundation for continued technical exchange and long-term support for the sport.
