2-Year Warranty

1. All Owlset night vision devices and thermal imaging products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

2. The warranty period applies from the original date of purchase or from the manufacturing date if there is no document to prove purchase.

3. The warranty does not cover batteries, or damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations by the customer,  or unauthorized third-party repairs.

For warranty service please contact our Customer Service Department online at service@vectoroptics.com for return instructions. If you need to return the product, please insure the shipment and keep the tracking records. We can not be responsible for your product until it has been received by our Customer Service Department.
