If you purchased your product from another distributor we ask that you contact them first to file a warranty claim. If you are not satisfied with their response please feel free to give us a call or submit a ticket and we'll do what we can to assist you.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it give us a call or submit a CRM ticket from the contact page within 30 days of the purchase to let us know you'd like to send it back for a refund. We'll give you the details on how to send the product back and once we receive the return with it's original packaging we will issue you a refund. Refunds generally take 3 - 5 business days to show up on your account.
3 Year Warranty: We stand behind our product and the Vector optics Brand 100% so if you have an issue with the product you purchased from www.VectorOptics.com within 3 Year of the purchase date please call us at (800) 960-4502, email us at email@example.com or contact us from the contact us page (accessed by clicking here), when contacting us please have your order number or the name of the person the order was placed by. We'll work with you to determine what the issue is and if it's a manufacturing defect we'll replace the product for you. Warranties do not start over after a product is replaced. For example: If a product is replaced 35 months after the purchase date the replacement remains under warranty only for the original warranty duration which in this example would be 1 more month. In some cases we may ask that you send the product back to us for inspection before a replacement is sent and in other cases we may send a replacement with a return envelope for the defective product to be sent back in. The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or abuse of the product.
